These regulations have been established to ensure that the integrity and security of the examination assessment system is maintained at all times and is not brought into disrepute. Centres must conduct examinations in accordance with these regulations
The centre will keep confidential the Exam Papers, topics and questions contained within.
The centre will not forward electronically or by any other means via social media etc any topics, questions or photos of the exam papers.
The centre will keep confidential the centre's employment of, in any capacity, any current or former An Nasihah examiners, moderators, awarders, external verifiers or other examining personnel, and not to mention them in any form of literature issued in connection with the centre's programmes of assessment.
It is the responsibility of centres to keep the papers and their content safe till the examination start time.
The Centre will assure that the teachers understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality of the paper as other centres will be taking these exams at different dates.
It is the centres responsibility to maintain each pupils results and data are kept secure.
The centre will collect all papers and store them securely till 6 months after the exam papers.
Pupils will not be permitted to take the papers home
The teacher can bring the papers into the class to discuss the questions or show to a parent that comes to the centre but no photographs should be taken or no papers should be taken home by any pupil.
The centre will ensure that all teachers keep the exam papers secure and confidential at all times whilst in their possession. It is not acceptable for teaching staff to share the live work of candidates with other candidates.
After 6 months of the examination date the centre may give the pupils the question papers or dispose of them islamicaly in a confidential manner.
